Because the alternatives are 100% guaranteed to increase spending and the debt,
They have explicitly stated their election platforms are based upon increased spending
Ford has explicitly stated his election platform is based upon eliminating spending

And given his record he's shown that he lies to voters in order to get elected and that he will not deliver value or sound economics.
Given the $3 billion subway station and the destroyed and fully paid Transit City plan, Ford is an economic disaster.

Ford was 1 vote on council, why didn’t members of clear thinking Left on the council vote against it? but they didn’t. The new council and mayor could have killed it and didn’t. So stop trying to make out as if Ford has some magical power over council forcing them to go through with the subway.

The fact that Canada and Ontario both have achieved effectively full employment and a growing economy under Liberal governments seems to escape all of the fiscal conservatives.

If either the Ont liberals or Justin has in fact implemented any policies which are supportive of employment I would have to agree, however their policies have not been at all business friendly.

It is more likely employment and a slower growth economy is driven by the US economic expansion as well as govt spending via unsustainable defict spending

Kathleen Wynn is a proven economic disaster who has promised to stay her coarse of deficit financing & spending billions she does not have
Andrea will follow the same failed playbook of the liberals , although her borrowing will be on a grander scale

Ford is the only one who will not accelerate the spending & borrowing
He is positioned as the best choice from three less than perfect options

Yes, that is a fact, and what has that Dumb Ford come up with so far. He will stop the grants to the CBC. Wow, what a platform to run on, cutting off the "Federal" grants to the CBC.
