I like the idea of the USA, reading the declaration of independence gives me goosebumps. At least that famous preamblish type part... Thomas Jefferson was the man.

Actually, it's possible that Canada embodies many, if not all, the values described in that document. We are certainly one of the free-est countries around, despite the taxes

There's no question that many of the founding principles of the United States of America have great merit. It's just too bad that they are so rarely applied these days.
