What may happen at the end is a fine. The radio mentioned $500.

2 minutes online vs countless minutes dealing with people at the door and a potential good nights worth of fines. Seems pretty simple to me.

Some people do things according to the path of least resistance. Others do things according to their own principles.

If it's someone's principle to refuse to answer the stupidly simple questions which the various levels of government already have on some database or other then they can have fun with the repercussions. It's not like there's anything they actually ask that is private. All it asks is who is living at that address, their age, what language they speak, and whether they are a farmer.

I found asking me for my exact date of birth serves no purpose.

Year I could understand but why day?

And do they need my phone number?

I don't get it, do you have something to hide or are you just being a shit disturber????

It's a simple f@#*king questionnaire that takes less than 5 minutes and it's over. Do you really care if they want your day of birth?? I don't, so I just give it to them and they're off my back. The government uses the stats for various planning activities to better serve society in the future, that's why we have a great country, we plan for things unlike other countries, we don't react when it's too late.

They ask for your name and contact number in the event they have to contact you if they are unable to decipher some of your answers and in 99% of the time it's never used, the other data is compiled into a database in general categories with no personal name attached, it's group stats, nothing personal included. If you make a call to their toll free line you'll get all your answers.

I wonder if he the laziest ass on this BB with no idea how things work, just looking for something to whine about, or just a troll. You pick.
