I've actually made a cauliflower pizza crust before. It was good but I need to tweak my recipe. Pizza Pizza has it on their menu now. Haven't tried it though.

Aaaaaaahhhh....sorry got carried away. You do realize that Pizza Pizza is just one step above Farthole Pizza. Btw is Farthole Pizza (3 For 1) still around?

I disagree. Cauliflower is one ingredient in their crust along with wheat etc You can buy cauliflower pizza in some stores but the same issue as with pizza pizza. Not sure why they do not make total cauliflower dough, must be cost

You gotta make it yourself. Not that hard once you get hang of it and it can be delicious if made right

She does not squeeze out the water, Put dough in a tea towel to squeeze water out or crust falls apart

Good to know, I've never made cauliflower crust pizza.

The Legend loves his pizza, he sucks as a food critic, he's too nice.

Its been on the menu of the low carbers for years. But never tried it. I saw Pizza pizza now makes it, they're smart, they can grab another chunk of the market although I don't like their regular pizza much.

I would not give a pizza pizza from Pizza Pizza to a trash Panda.

You can buy grated cauliflower at Loblaw's to save time. I've made a cauliflower pizza dough crust a couple of times.

I'd never heard of using cauliflower to create a pizza crust until this thread. Definitely going to try it. The video said that it tastes very similar to a dough crust - but it looks like it would be more airy, lighter and maybe more crispy? (kind like the rice in a sushi pizza?) That's what I'm hoping.

The comments on Pizza Pizza are priceless, not even a trash panda would touch farthole pizza.

I had the Roman style taglio at Casa Roma recently, it was outrageously good. Toronto's pizza scene is dominated by the Napolitan style, not enough Roman pizza.

Brian Urlacher tries taglio...even in retirement he looks mean.

Cauliflower has mild taste so any spices will overpower taste so it is better tasting than normal crust

Crust is softer so I just tear off piece then fold
