well you over weight self-righteous beotch look at all the people disagreeing with you and you have naught a word to say about it?Fabulous said:oh tboy, you misguided lonely bald man; I am far from fuming but glad you are thinking of me ALL THE TIME.
i have been on Terb for almost5 yrs and this post is the stupidiest i have ever read...so if you had your way i guess we will cull you.sailorsix said:I am not sorry for him and I don't get why some of you are sorry for him at all.
I am sorry that he lived to tell the tale and perhaps date the ex-Mrs McCartney. I have no time or respect at all for stupid people and the people who bend over backwards to apologize for someone else's stupidity.
We need to go beyind the Darwin Awards...Darwin described the survival of the fittest. This idiot was not and is not fit to be here taking up space. We need a culling process to eliminate those who are just plain stupid. Certainly continue to support those with mental illnesses and injuries due to accidents of birth or living....nothing about their conditions were their fault. But do not support stupid people like this dude who are the sole architect of their (mis)fortune. Off with their heads and over time society will become a better place.
Whitebread? isnt that a rascist word/...sincerelly yours EscoLancsLad said:"Whitebread" here with my humble opinion.
Don't blame Carabana.
Don't blame the City.
No one made him drink.
He's 25, pretty much a legal adult and hypothetically responsible for his actions.
Yes, a lost leg is not a good thing.
Many more cops would just lead to " community" tension.
He truly farked up and now faces some tough consequences, but thats called life.
.
Sorry Twobig, you don't see the logic in his statement? Just imagine how much better our world would be if we'd let the stupid people die off? Wouldn't the average intelligence of the world/city/borough's population go up thereby eliminating some of the stupid crimes commited?twobigo said:i have been on Terb for almost5 yrs and this post is the stupidiest i have ever read...so if you had your way i guess we will cull you.
Gee i hope Rob Ford doesnt read this..he might get nervous......elmufdvr said:hope he gets better and moves on.. good or bad.. move on... the world still turns... cabana should still Carry on.. bigger and better fence more enforcement on public drunkenness.. public drunkenness should not be tolerated under any circumstance . set up ride programs, increase awareness, zero tolerance for public drunkenness. until positive changes can be made and achived... have fun..
The tragedy is he doesn't qualify for the Darwin awards.Strongbeau said:In any case, a tragedy, and I feel for the young man.

this is shocking..i agree with every word you said....but i find it rather sad that you still have to put community in italics.....oh and in a later post i got amused at your sorry obsession about a dead guy who hasnt been Prime Minister for 23 years ..hey i got over Mulroney lol
good answer, but what about Trudeau.?..lol....Lance, im starting to respect you...that,s scary lol...but you are right..the ex head of Rogers does not represent me either....the only things we have in common is our skin colour and age group...my good friend from Trinidad has no use for reggae, but loves soca..who knew?LancsLad said:I used the name " whitebread" as someone called me that earlier as I had no idea what some modern phrase for huimping some chicks ass in public was. So I'm from an earlier generation, can't help it.
I put the word " community" in italics because I find it very humerous that the PC senstive media have adopted that term as a code word for " blacks" in the city. I agree that its wrong and only thru making fun of its useage can people see how perverse and in fact backhandedly racist the phrase is. Think about it, whenever something happens in TO involving a black person the Police or Mayor will consult with the "community" to get their feelings on the matter. This to me is total bullshit. The professional black activists like that dudley laws idiot NO more represent the broad crosssection of blacks in Toronto than some white guy like john tory "represents" me simply because both he and I are white. The pandering to senstitivities that goes on is just another way to cloud the issue and avoid the real problem. A friend of mine, who happens to be black, simply can't stand the notion that its acceptable to lump everyone who is black together into one group and assume they all have a uniform viewpoint. He's an accountant and I'm fairly certain that his views on things are not reflected by anything that " community" leaders like laws blabs about.
Bottom line is that I love to poke fun at sacred cows and PC liberalism is just full of so many potential targets. Wish there was more time.

What I don't think of is stopping some moron from climbing a fence and a float and getting himself hurt.
