I had a more personal relationship with her and she is very charming, but yes, can be sociopathically manipulative.
Frank is a great guy. I would say I know him reasonably well. While I have good reason to be wary of the very real possibility of false allegations by scorned ex's, I can see how he might have pushed things too far with some woman to the extent that she felt intimidated or even pressured into something she later regretted. I vaguely recall something about a civil sexual harrasment suit many years ago that was settled.
He does not strike me as a violent or forceful rapist though. That doesn't mean implied or otehrwise intimidation into sexual acts is not wrong or costitutes an assault... I just don't see him being a Peter Nygaard kind of assailant.
Given who he is, I imagine the police must have engaged in very thorough consultation with the Crown and the complainant/witnesses before bringing such serious charges. In normal life, it is often enough for a simple allegation of sexual or other assault to be made by a scorned or otherwise considered "domestic" relationship for the cops to simply bring the charges on the statment of the complainant alone, without any investigation. And then "let the court's sort it out."
He was known to hit on any good looking woman who he would have come across and somewhat aggressively in a very forward manner. Offering them rides in his private jets,lavish dinner dates and shopping. I’m sure a lot of restaurants hostesses and waitresses back in the 90s and 2000s can attest to that.

Maybe the accused did not look so disheveled when he committed the crimes ? The seriousness of the crimes is more important than the appearance or ethnic origin of the accused and doesn’t mitigate the damage to his victims.
Maybe he was having a bad hair day for the last 3 decades. And the seriousness of the crime might not be such a big deal in the country of his ethnic origin.
