I'm claiming that Palestinian polling shows:
75% of Palestinians reject both a One State and Two State peace in favour of a Palestinian only state.
91% deny that Hamas targeted civilians on the 7th.
72% think Oct 7 was a good decisions
64% want continued fighting until Israel is destroyed.
69% think violence is the best way to create a Palestinian only state.
54% support attacks on "Israeli civilians inside Israel.
I think a Two-State peace is most practical but it is very clear that Palestinian leaders and the Palestinian people reject the concept of peace with Jews.

The UNRWA was the only organization providing food and shelter to Palestinians in Gaza.

The ICJ issues orders through provisional measures and the ICJ ordered Israel to not commit genocide and, in particular, to not kill Palestinians in Gaza.
They did not order Hamas to do anything as Hamas is not a nation and is outside their jurisdiction.
