Well, my dog is a great non-sexual companion for me too. We never argue, he never made me shop for a wedding ring, he doesn't ring up my credit cards, he is not bugging me for his own mobile phone or a car, he doesn't spend $10/day at Starfucks ($3,650 per year) as did the ex-wife and, best of all, he is a remarkable 'service dog'. His only service is that he helps me meet nice ladies, including some wonderful pup-mom providers. He gets the pets and licks from the ladies before I do and I'm OK with that.... Don't knock it! He has no prob camping outside the bedroom door when it's MY time. I've never had a lady refuse to make an outcall because of him.

Very entertaining thread.. Some laughs filled with pockets of truth. I'm sure you guys still love your wives even though she might not be meeting your needs at this moment.. You two most likely gone through the jouney of life together and probably cant live without or else you wouldn't be with her

Some ladies seem to have one heck of a spending habbit, thankfully I caught one from the tame end. With her puppy eyes still asks me if she could please buy a treat/star bucks when and only there is a promotion discount, its cute even after many years together, love her to bits.

You guys have a lot of wise words that can indeed prepare me for the future.

Oh yes, the ole “can’t give a BJ because it hurts my jaw” and never not on her period. Add to that constantly watching TV and never happy with anything. As someone said earlier, the only opportunity is when she’s drunk, and when someone is a mean drunk, it’s not that appealing. After seeing some of these posts, I can relate and see why things went down this path.

Sadly, with SW prices sky-rocketing and scams-galore, this is less appealing as well. Average now seems to be $300-400, which is hardly worth it.

Avg was 200-250 10 years ago but that's inflation. Look up what 250 dollars in 2012 is worth today. About 350
