For those who are concerned with age related bone loss don't
overlook yogurt as another excellent source of calcium. My
suggestion is just based on what I've read about the general
health benefits of regular consumption of yogurt for the elders.
In my view bone weakening is a natural process of aging and there
is no magic food that could reverse that process.
