Honestly when designing a business website please let it load fast and be to standards so it can be viewed anywhere any how.... and jesus man 399.00 people like you are making it hard for the rest of us to make a living. I have not and will not do a project under 1500 and that is even cheap.

Alas, the days of $120,000 sites are over

but realistically commercial sites have a higher rate than SP sites (not sure why, they are more competitive and most of the recent one's I've been doing just as complex having autmated everything and content management systems.

Guess it's all supply and demand, or just fair value what an SP is willing to pay.... at least in Toronto.
