Very possible. Especially since the Bills traded WR Stefon Diggs in the off-season!!

I still think they're good, but what worries me is that the Dolphins and the Jets are more serious competitors now. The Bills window may be closing fast.
Diggs always complained if he didnt make catches. So Allen tried to force the ball to him even if he wasnt truly open, leading to broken plays. Now, he can spread the ball around. So not having Diggs could be a blessing in disguise.
Mahomes didnt have a true number one WR last year and the Chiefs still won SB. But then Allen is no Mahomes.
Watch how he slammed his left hand on the turf. Josh Allen being a superman hurt his wrist on that play and his status is uncertain.
