Once he's charged there's less chance of that happening.

Charges have been dropped, he's looking to return. Betman will want no part of him but technically he is innocent. Will the bruins want him after last years debacle of signing the bully guy. I suspect he's done as he's not good enough to take a chance on.

Sounds like the wife didn't want to go through with it as opposed to him being exonerated.
