Biggest criteria for me first and foremost are good reviews, and, maybe more importantly, from different sources to cross reference each other, not just one that could have easily just been made by the provider. If not, you're just taking a plunge into unknown waters and for the money you pay it's not worth it. heard so many horror stories out there.
