While I am an unabashed lover of cleavage... the more the merrier... the most important thing for me is how a woman feels about her own breasts. I can't say I'd ever take larger enhanced breasts over smaller natural ones even though visually the larger ones would turn me on. A woman who is comfortable with her body, whatever its attributes, is the ultimate in turn ons. So, a woman with a smaller bust who loves to touch, display, and tease with her breasts will always be a sexier lady for me than one who may be more amply endowed but not into her own breasts in the same way. Worry less about your bust size and, if you love how your breasts feel, how they look, how sensitive they are, etc. make sure that any man you are with, and you want to turn on, can experience first hand YOUR enjoyment of them. Mmmmm. You, and he, will never be disappointed.

For me, smaller is definitely better. That said, any natural looking women can -- and has been -- a turn-on.

It's augmentation/implants that don't do it for me.

Okay, My 2 cents...saline implants are IMHO almost always a look better, but feel worse situation. They are in general not the consistincy of natural breast tissue. I personally would not get saline implants. I agree with Catherine's discussion of her experience. The women I have been with who have had Silicone implants done well...have had an almost amazing result...you really cannot tell real or not real...depending on the size and amount of natural breast tissue. Personally, I prefer a silicone augment to natural breasts unless you happen to be a 20 year old with perfect tits to begin with...which is what you are). On the other hand is the safety issue. At 20 I would not mess with your breasts, nipple rings however drive me nuts.....

I personally like breast augmentations. They make a woman look so much more feminine and sexy.

I've had women tell me that big breasts are a major guy magnet. They've noticed a lot more attention from guys although not all of it is wanted when they get their boobs done.

The opposite is also true. I knew an average looking, plus sized girl that had huge breasts. She never had any trouble attracting guys. Then she decided to get a breast reduction because she complained that they were too heavy. Right after she did, her dating prospects went down the drain.

It's really a sad commentary on just how shallow we really are when we judge a girl by her chest size. Unfortunately it's true. I'm as guilty as anyone but at least I'm honest about it.

I've glanced over this thread and noticed the majority are against a boob job. While I'm not accusing anyone of lying, I do know from past observations that you will definitely see a major increase in the attention you get from males. I think that there is an inconsistency with what guys say their attracted to and what they actually are attracted to.

I am a boob connoisseur. Specifically the large variety. But I do appreciate the medium and smaller jumblies as well. I like augmented breasts if they are done within reason and performed by a good doctor. Too many botched jobs out there for you to gamble on. For some reason the euro doctors are a bit ahead of our NA doctors on this procedure. But lately I have seen some spectacular jobs here in TO. You however should not get a breast augmentation. I don't think it will do your body justice just yet. Later on when you get in your early to mid 30's do what you please. But you'll get some good mileage out of that package as it is. You've got a pixie look about you and bigger boobs will upset that.

I've seen your pictures and wonder why you would want to change any part of that Body. Surely you don't have an image problem as you are a Dancer/Entertainer out in the Public eye. Why change something so lovely.
