But why this has not happened to the other POSs like Alex jones and bannon? Don’t they have judgements against them?
Jones tried to file for bankruptcy but a judge ruled against it citing wilful and malicious defamation.
The truth probably is that Rudy doesn't have a pot to piss in. He owes millions in legal fees and even if he appeals the decision, the case against him is solid enough that he'd be owing something to the plaintiffs. His only recourse is to file for personal bankruptcy.

Wait, KD, first let me say, as much as this pains me to do so, I agree with your post! Now, you have by your own words admitted the case that Rudy has lied and defamed 2 election workers with his election lies is iron clad, so do you now accept, that BIDEN won in 2020?
That's almost certainly likely to happen to Rudy as well. They'll toss his bankruptcy and he'll have to wander the docks offering to suck dicks for 50 cents a blow to pay off the $148M.
My question as Lemonis is how has Alex evaded not having to pay anyone yet and still seems to be living the good life although probably stressed out to the max. I'm a little surprised his ticker has lasted this long seeing the shape and sure stress of losing his millions has put on the fat lying fucker.

Haha don't jump to conclusions fella. All I said was that Rudy was guilty of defaming these two women. He should have known better they clearly aren't bright enough to concoct that level of election fraud. Unless they had help from higher ups. That being said this case is somewhat bizarre and leaves many questions unanswered. For instance, why did they go after Giuliani when they could have gone after bigger fish like the Gateway Pundit or even Trump himself. And who was the individual(s) that set up a phony social media account using Ruby Freeman's name then posted bragging about committing election fraud. And why hasn't that person(s) been charged? And why hasn't one person been charged with threatening or harassing the victims? They are on record as saying there are over 300 incidents of such behavior. Via phone, email, text and even at their homes. Not even one investigation opened by police?
