From what I have seen so far, we have 3 dark horse candidates: Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica.
So, Spain and England are out. Uruguay and Italy will decide head on who is in and who is out. If Italy goes out, then Europe is fading from the scene... can you imagine the next round of the WC without England, Italy and Spain? Who'da thunk it!
