Millard faces a 2nd trial in disappearance of his ex-gf.

So if he's found guilty of that, can he be sentenced to a 2nd life-term that starts after he finishes his 1st life-term??

More likely it would ensure he gets the dangerous offender designation, which he deserves.

Then why even bother having an expensive 2nd trial, just go straight to DO status and be done with it

He has been sentenced to a just punishment. Too bad further murder convictions are unlikely to result in concurrent sentences

Never supported the death sentence. But I think in this instance I would be 100% in favor of it

I'm not. Rotting away in a prison till you're 70 is a much harsher punishment than a quick death

My thoughts too. Death is too easy. Life time of prison cleaning toilets for food pellets should give them enough time to regret the error of their ways.

His other upcoming murder trials aside, does 25 years with no chance of parole mean just that or is there a way he can get out early?

My understanding is it can only be done by a jailbreak. There was special circumstances they could be out in 15 years but that was repealed.

What happens to the estate ? His dad was divorced when he died and Dillon his only son.

I think he transferred it to mama to avoid being sued into oblivion by the Bosmas, I hope they go after his share and clean him out. His mother should keep whats hers.

I have been following this case since the beginning. It is sad that these two losers killed Bosma for no reason, just his truck.

To save the taxpayers some money throw them into gen pop and let it get sorted out.

being of a privileged family, Millard should have lots of fun in there !
