To be sure of something, because you had an experience of a provider not remembering, is to not be sure at all. There are many independent providers that their intent and way of connecting with customers goes beyond getting through the session and that is what I think is the take away from this conversation or this thread; fact is that each provider chooses how to screen clients based on the clients she wants to see. I think that if I ask questions (without going into asking for private/personal life details) is because I want to learn more about my customer. If i take the time to learn about my customer and he takes the time to answer then, in my opinion, it will be A better rendezvous.
