Trump had absolutely no distribution plan. Biden on the other hand got FEMA involved and got companies to license production to their rivals.

There is a difference between compromise and being a dupe. the former occupant of the WH was a dupe or useful idiot. the current occupant understands how to speak and act in language and deed that Putin understand. Being tough may lead Putin to compromise or at least modify his behavior.

And you base that on what? the now former only twice impeached POTUS in history deserves some credit for accelerating the development of the vaccines but he did nothing in terms of distribution. Biden put a distribution system in place and although the governors deserve credit it was this administration that put the pieces in place to greatly accelerate the distribution.

Nonsense, Russia is a major nation with legitimate interests. They will not accept being treated with hypocrisy. The USA could not even defeat the Taliban and only had been able to quell ISIS with Russian assistance. It is unwise to not try and develop a working relationship with Russia as they can cause enormous issues for the West if we cannot find a way to accomodate their interests to some degree.
