Hip Hop is a more encompassing music genre with roots going back to Be Bop and Jitterbug. While Rap is more, reading poetry with a heavy rhythmic percussion backup.
Great tune and pure R&B.
I consider that Rap and not Hip Hop at all.
There is a difference between the two.
