Toronto is sadly the new New York. So many assaults, murders, robberies, car jackings, racism (bad but not as bad as US and New York probably)

Exactly. TPS knew of him before. It wasn't hard to find him. He wasn't far away. He was a known menace.

This is going to be a mental health thing when all is said and done.

Blaming everything on mental illness is unfair to people who are actually mentally ill.
