IP is more of a concern if the police are after you as they can use a warrant to get the ISP to identify you.

In the AM database it is your real name, credit card billing address, and email address that are a concern.

More than one person can have the same IP at the same time if they are using the same WIFI, think about a Starbucks, all the customers using the same Starbucks WiFi have the same IP.

For the record just because your a member of Ashley Madison doesn't mean you cheated, often times Men and women have thought of cheating but there are many cases were they never meet anyone on Ashley Madison. Looking to cheat is not a crime.

Yup tell that to the judge when she slaps yo ass with them papers....you know what would be even worse is seeing your wife on there, although for some it might be somewhat reassuring to justify this hobbying
