My second date with a beautiful girl was to see the eclipse followed by a visit to the sites and dinner. I'm not great in bumper to bumper traffic. Maybe we'll detour to a local winery and watch from there.

There’s another celestial event happening with eclipse, most of the planets are lined up across the sky, along with a comet. With the darken eclipse sky, this event should be visible with the naked eye.

The system that is approaching is pretty typical and predictable for Southern Ontario. It's just how fast the warm front and Low Pressure center moves in from the SW. Sometimes it stalls.
From all the charts I looked at, I'd say that for Niagara Falls there is;
Less than 25% chance of clear skies like today.
Less than 50% of mostly sunny
More than 50% chance of cloudy/sunny where you can likely still see the sun depending if there happens to be a cloud right above YOU during the 2 min totality event.
Less than 25% chance the sky will be overcast.
Heading east of the GTA will DRAMATICALLY increase the probability of, if not guarantee clear skies!
You can follow the cloudy front on radar. At least it wont rain, so thats a positive

My feeling is - Meh. If I see it, great. If I don’t, oh well. I don’t care either way but I am not driving to some spot with thousands of people to see it. I think that is just plain silly. In my opinion. Others don’t like that I have that opinion.
If you want to do it - great. I hope the sky is clear and you get what you want out of it. All the power to you but it is not for me.
And maybe this poll will help others see that not everyone cares about the eclipse either. There are more important things going on in the world anyway
