Yes, they do. Apparently, it's due to a bug within latest version of OS X not an hardware issue.

And here's one more review from a very respectable site ;)

I have heard that it MAY be software related but most theories I have read are saying it is a hardware issue stemming from the plastic strip on the bottom housing the wifi antennae.

Anand tech is reporting a software issue for wifi transfer speeds, they are apparently being throttled...
here are a couple of reports
MacBook Air real-world 802.11ac speeds throttled
Findings show that despite high link speeds, the 2013 MacBook Air is currently limited to about a third of its expected transfer rates.

Apple reportedly probing MacBook Air Wi-Fi complaints
Apple Genius Bar employees instructed to "capture" affected notebooks for further examination, 9to5Mac reports.

oh and before anyone uses the excuse that it's new technology, they should be aware that both the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 support 802.11ac wifi without any problems ;)

Yes, it is very possible Apple has screwed up ... again! ;)

We all remember the iPhone 4 antenna's mess! LOL

But, let's wait and see.
