No, it was merely the local explosives factory decided to park a van in front of the government offices when an unfortunate accident occured. That is why I used the world "seemingly" meaning "they do not yet know, but it looks like it might be"

I certainly haven't seen anything yet saying is was a gas main that exploded and it certainly isn't showing any signs of being a gas explosion.

So, you do not speculate that it was a gas explosion. But you have seen nothing yet saying that it was a terrorist bomb, yet you speculate that it is.

There will be more deaths reported. Eyewitnesses talk about several bodies covered with blankets in the street and some are still trapped in the building.
