Had four amazing seats to Hamilton in March. When everything went to shit and shows were all cancelled, I got the notification that I could either receive a credit for future tickets, or 'fill out the online request form' for a full refund. Filled out the request form for a full refund and hit 'submit'. That was 7 weeks ago, still no refund. Can't even seem to reach anyone at Mirvish or Ticketking - phone lines soooo busy, limited staff working. Starting to get pretty ticked off. Anyone else have a similar experience? This doesn't feel like it should be so hard or take so much time to process.
