I think she is re-visiting her pricing. I think she was $220/hr yesterday, down from $250. I didn't partake,
Christmas and being cheap has nothing to do with it. Having the extra funds does.
Normal Rates vrs. Special Rate
I am new so maybe I was not clear on my rates for some gentlemen to which I do apologize.
I don't want to really get into a debate about prices overall and I don't find Mr. Piggy as being cheap at all. We all have different budgets for life and with Christmas time being here, there are added expenses that make it difficult on most to afford basic things, let alone luxury items like hobbying.
I am a touring lady. Not a local Durham provider. I am starting out around the outskirts of Toronto and then seeing how far and in what direction I want to go with my tours. To cover my expenses and meet my quota objective I have set my rates where I am comfortable. Looking at the market, what I offer and the average price point for Toronto, I am happy with my rates as listed on my site.
However, I was offering a special as I am new and knowing that Durham/Peterborough are at a slightly lower price point on average. I thought it would help as an introduction offer. I have not decided if I will carry this out as I travel to other locations. I did have planned that anyone who saw me at my special rate will keep that rate when they see me again. As sort of a grandfather clause. I may introduce a special the first time I go to a new city/town. I haven't quite decided.
I did have a wonderful time in Durham and I will be back at the end of the month. The gentlemen and even ladies here were amazing to me. I would suggest being sure to check out my rates when I come back. My rates on my site are my normal rates and if I offer a special it will be posted on a third party advertising site such as BP and TERB.
Lastly, while offering a special on either the half or the hour, this may not extend the same way to longer engagements. There is always a lower price for booking longer durations of time, but it may not be at the same % off as a "special" rate. Hopefully this helps the gentleman confused on my 90mins rate amount.
