Everytime time I see an ED post I give this advice:
Do you masturbate to pron a lot? This can fuck up your dopamine reward pathways really badly (seriously).
Google "your brain on porn" for more background. Also go to reddit and read through the No Fap subreddit. Try the 90 day no masturbation challenge. My best streak so far is 8 days (I have no self discipline). Even so, at the end of day 8 erection quality was much improved.

There really should be a sticky for the NoFap subreddit.
