Like I said, It's a funny/not funny prank...there are too many problems in the world for women than this...there are really women who get sexually assaulted...if Waterloo Police can make effort to get to the bottom of this...then...good...if not...well? Krista is hot tho...

If you can't understand it, I'd suggest a hearing test appointment. I'm in my fifties and clearly understood what the POS yelled.
I guess I do need a hearing test...I didn't understand it the first few times I played it but now that it was told to me what was said, if I listen closely I can make it out.

The fact you can hear anything says that it was quite loud and clear. Those mic’s are pretty narrow in what sound they pick up.
And yes it is stupid and had its day, hopefully the guy will be identified and called out.

While obviously immature; it's hilarious, people are too sensitive. She wasn't attacked or threatened, its a meme/a joke and she handled it poorly. But journalists struggle with actual news stories, so this becomes the focus. We still don't even know what she was reporting on.

Why do you guys think it is funny? Just curious because I personally don’t get it.

Female VJ are targeted all the time for this.
It’s not funny. It’s disrespectful to an individual and I’ll bet his mom would wash his mouth out with soap.

I'm wondering... if a reporter was male and a hot chick yelled "fuck me in my ass!" would he be mad and embarrassed because she interrupted him or because he had boner on camera?

That's pretty much what happened in the video two posts above you. Not exactly a hot male reporter but the female anchors back at the studio desk thought it was funny none the less..

I don't think it's funny, but a police investigation, being put off enough to stop reporting, crying over it later, really?

Try being a politician, or a stripper, or anyone else who puts themselves out in public. Those people are going to hear rude, demeaning, and threatening stuff. It's part of the job to be able to deflect. If she can't deflect it, go behind the camera. Yes, it's on her to not be a public figure.

That is correct except he was hired back. Can’t be fired for saying things outside of work apparently. I thought he was an OPG worker if I remember right.
Right! I forgot about that. I think it was a union thing. But, most companies could fire you for this sort of thing, because it would reflect poorly on them as an organization to have a misogynistic moron on the payroll.
