I was just borrowing a tactic used by one of our esteem members. The truth is every people has done something nasty at some point in their history.
Given a choice I believe the Dutch in this case.

I read that article, there is no mention of Russia saying ANYTHING. Russia is bombing people in Syria, as there is a host of bad actors it is trying to exterminate. The US is bombing in Syria as well. When you drop high explosives from a plane you are typically trying to kill someone. (unless its a training mission). War is an inexact undertaking. Please name one city in history that has been taken by force without horrific carnage. To defeat ISIS is gonna take a lot of violence. If you do not have the stomach for it, perhaps you just may as well bow to your new masters.
It does not matter who you believe, there is no crime. Just typical war. The Dutch started out with strong allegations, they then proceed to investigate to prove those allegations. It was not an unbiased investigation and now they are saying EUREKA WE HAVE THE PROOF, but we cannot show it to you because of bla bla bla....whatever. The fact is, their investigators were allowed access. Don't you think the evidence would have been destroyed if they wanted to cover it up? How easy would it have been for the Russians to order artillery strikes on the crash scene if they wanted to cover it up and destroy evidence.

Actually we do know. The report is out. They have proof the plane was downed by a Russian missile launcher in rebel territory, and that the launcher went back to Russia afterwards.

Russia does lots of wrongs. But the evidence they have pointed out is not clear or conclusive. They also have not reveal all the evidence. As I said before if Russia really wanted to destroy the evidence they could have shelled the whole crash site to smithereens. If they were so intent on covering it up...why did they not do so. Please do tell...
The investigators say they have conclusive proof. Unlike you they HAVE seen the evidence, much of which has been discussed in this thread.

Russia did spend several days trying to hide the evidence and also neither the rocket launcher back to Russia. Unfortunately a crime like this leaves lots of evidence.

Think before you write. If the crash site was bombed, WHO ELSE WOULD'VE DONE THAT (other than the Ukrainians which is impossible)? That alone would clearly indicate Russia's meddling. Sometimes, you just can't cover-up a wrong or bad deed 100%.
