Now lets see how many American missiles went wayward, and killed civilians around the world
There is the one that shot down the Iranian airliner, and the US gave the ship a medal for doing so.....

The investigation is complete. Investigators say they have proof that:

1. A missile launcher was brought in from Russia

2. The plane was downed by a missile fired from pro Russian rebel territory

3. The missile launcher went back to Russia
They can say what they want, they have not offered any evidence yet. Lets see it. Ukraine still has not offered radar data from its airspace.

They had video many months ago of the self-propelled launcher that was suspected of firing the missile. It was high-tailing it back to Russian territory.
Correction, they showed you a video of a missile launcher with a missile missing, and they TOLD YOU it was going back to Russian territory, it could have been cruising around a forested area in Mississauga for all you would know.;)

No. It was tracked leaving Russia. And then returning to Russia. They have serial numbers on the chassis. And when it went back, it was missing one of its supply of missiles. There were several photos taken by bystanders along the route who wanted souvenirs of shots of the military convoy. The shots were matched to houses and landscape to identify the route.

(This is the moment Notty tells me that I have been fooled by CIA propaganda and that Mr Putin would never do such a bad thing.)

I don't trust the Ruskies. They murdered 4,000 Polish officers in cold blood in the forest and blamed it on the Nazis.

To borrow a debating tactic from one of our members.
Anybody who doesn't denounce the Ruskies supports cold blooded murder and lying.

Please point us to this wonderful body of evidence you claim exists. You think armed rebels are gonna just allow people to hang around and take pictures? That is pretty funny stuff.

I'm sure Trump will defend Putin, because Russia will never go into Ukraine, so said Trump!

Use Google. I posted a number of links in my numerous threads on Ukraine back in 2014. Go back and check them. The photos are actually pretty well known. They are probably appendixed to the report.

And for the record, the rebels were so unprofessional that they often took souvenir photos and allowed others to do so. The same level of incompetence that led them to shoot down a passenger jet, apparently convinced it was a Ukrainian jet fighter with a totally different size, shape and configuration.

And Soviet Union planes shot down Korean Airlines 007. So I guess it's 2-1, right?
Don't know where you are going with this. There is no excuse for what Russia did, period.

Nah. They matched the shots to locations - streets, intersections, villages and posted them on the Net with accompanying shots to prove the location. Didn't look much like Mississauga.

This is probably what the commission relied upon - among other evidence - in coming to its conclusion after many months of investigation and analysis. If they just made it all up, presumably no one would be very impressed with the report, right?!

Well I guess if the crew of the USS Vincennnes can mistake an Airbus A300 for an Iranian F-14, its not surprising that the rebels could mix up a 777 with a Ukranian IL-76 transport. But in either case, if that is what happened then its just collateral damage and there is no crime. Just like the Americans incinerating a hospital in Afghanistan.

Sure there are lots of excuses. Collateral damage occurs in war all the time. Even if Ukraine or Russia or Russian rebels shot down the plane it does not matter. Unless someone knowingly shot down a civilian plane there is no crime.
What there is no excuse for is not closing Ukranian airspace when both sides had and were using heavy AA missiles. Also what is curious is how some airlines diverted and some did not. Someone knew this was gonna happen. Emirates CEO Tim Clark has made some very curious comments about this case

People are easily deluded. No one is going to look at the details. Also, the CIA has much better capabilities then Photoshop ..... funny how after things like the Gulf on Tonkin incident that people like you still take these things as the gods honest truth. The only real fact is that we will NEVER know the full truth.

Only took you two or three posts to hit your bottom line: Everyone in the West lies. Only Putin and the Russians tell the truth. It's where you always go to. Sometimes quicker than other times.
