Otherwise, basic stay-safe-online strategies apply and they're not fool-proof: use a different browser for play versus personal. There are free VPN apps you can use, or you can subscribe to one. Change up your passwords, log out of everything. Proton-mail is annoying, but it's also encrypted. It's you're worried about privacy for social media, check out Cyberdust. Switch up usernames. If you're using your phone, keep location services off.
