In those circumstances, the accused has the right to counsel. They're not even allowing him proper access to his own lawyer.
"Proper access" you say?
So he has access, he just doesn't like the access he has?

France, like the US and Canada, can arrest and hold you before formal charges are filed - depending on the circumstance.

I'm not sure of any system that never allows it.
LOL!! Yeah, try what they're doing over there in US or Canada. You ideologues would sacrifice your mother on the pyre of your madness. Sad.

The Tate Bros. has the means to flee the country, that is why they are incarcerated. It does not help that Andrew actually said that he would do just that if he was freed. In the end they have a long checklist of charges on what they can get these guys on. Human trafficking, tax evasion, money laundering and racketeering.

JC, you missed the first couple dozen pages of this thread - the part where we discussed how the Romanian justice system works. Go back and read all the posts I made. Then you'll be a smarter guy.
he reads breitbart which tells him everything he needs to know

That's your opinion. Tucker Carlson is number 1, in my books!!
This is THE only type of response of far-leftist propagandist can conjure due to not being able to form a logical, rational, or coherent retort to the facts Tucker speaks.

Hence why all his haters never counter what he has to say with a well thought-out and measured reply. It's always the ape throwing shit against the wall type of response that you expect from a toddler.

It doesn't matter how Romanian "justice system" works, I've seen it in other communist countries. The point is that it violates human rights today just as it did 30 years ago. Regardless of how one feels about Tate who is a digital pimp. Oh, btw. He got locked up soon after he announced his conversion to Islam... in Romania.
Buddy, stop arguing and read my earlier posts where I explain it. You will keep nagging at me, while also not learning enough about the topic to actually discuss it. This was your shtick before you disappeared for several months and you've picked up right where you left off.

People are sick of what you do. Please grow up.

So, you're for preventive detentions without charges and confiscation of assets without trial nor verdict. Noted. Not surprised...

In a corrupt totalitarian country like Romania, they can keep a person in custody without filing charges for a maximum of six months. I do not believe that the states case is completely without merit. If the Tates are released without charge they would make Romania look like a forgotten backwater of the old crumbling satellite country of the debunked Soviet Union.

I am vehemently against that in a democratic country ruled by
law like ours. I have to be realistic and compromise my principle
with places where the justice system is less than squeegee-clean.
In this case I'd rejoice if the Tate brothers end up spending the
rest of their life in Romania away from the social media. It'll
be great to see the world rid of its most influential misogynist
among the incels. I doubt other than a handful of idiots more than
a few politicians will grill Romania for violation of human rights. I
hope Tate cannot bride his way to freedom.

Go read the links I posted. They explain Romanian criminal procedure. You have no idea of the topic. You just want to insult and troll the members that you don't like.

Why would I waste my time talking to someone who doesn't know the subject, just so he can insult me?

.... if that person has been beating, raping and sex trafficking women.

There. I fixed it for you.
If that person is a mainstream celebrity or a politician, all the above is okay, even when it involves children. Epstein's Island.

The leftist mind is one that agrees with what whatever celebrities say. Everything else is right-wing conspiracy.

He believed he was at risk in North America and was safe pulling his shit in Romania. I guess he wasn't bright enough to know, he can't pull his shit in Romania either. Most countries frown upon loudmouths who believe they can control women because they are superior beings.

He should have chosen Iran, or maybe Afghanistan. Yeah, he just isn't that bright.
