I wouldn't necessarily call Texas the most right wing state. But yes they have made their choice to invest mostly in wind generation. Time will tell whether that was the right decision. I still think natural gas is the wisest option since its more reliable and cheaper. It powers 42% of the current grid.
Natural gas is not cheaper than wind and solar anymore.
Besides, renewables will keep getting cheaper and better while natural gas will only get more expensive while funding Putin, MBS and trump.

It most certainly is when you factor in all the costs, including capital costs. Furthermore wind turbines have a shorter life span than natural gas. They are less reliable not to mention less practical because they require much more geography to operate.

Total nonsense, I already showed you that everyone is choosing renewables over fossil fuels because they are cheaper and even in the red, oil producing state of Texas.
Times have changed.

Hmm...interesting. Seems that coral growth accelerates in warmer periods and higher sea levels. Perhaps you should let your Twitter/X alarmist crowd know?

Right, so the coral reefs may all be dead but in 30-50 years when the oceans rise more they might have a chance.
great argument.

Effects of climate change coming, though the 6th great mass extinction has more to do with humanity's growth.
