Am I going crazy?

Maybe I am ignorant, or naive but...

I travel to TO a couple of times a year, and come on here and usually find a nice quality lady.

Now since the last time I visited

1) I can't seem to find any recent reviews (Certainly not any of the 10+ women I have searched for)
2) Half of the websites are password protected
3) None of the websites detail services etc
4) BP is as full as fake pics as ever

So it seems like either

1) This new law that I know nothing about has changed everything
2) Women are no longer working
3) Men are no longer looking
4) There is some secret code that I am missing on how to find a good girl.

I am just looking to spend a little quality time with a quality girl, can anyone point me in the right direction?

1) Lot's of reviews so must be bad luck.
2) I don't get the point of password protection, as it relates to c-36 it makes no sense to me and they are off my list.
3) Not allowed under c-36.
4) That will never change.
