She's well reviewed here... and I've seen her twice myself. I see no reason to question her credibility based on my experiences with her in person and various email exchanges - this would include this little fiasco as well.Questor said:

It's come up in a few casual conversations between Bianca and I, that she is bi. So, I dont think she's making that part up either. I also read the review in the incall section. I didnt see a problem with the review - in and of itself. It was short, and basically a complimentary review of the session the two ladies had together. Not much difference between that review and the other good reviews Bianca has received.

While I know Bianca only from her board postings on TERB, never have I ever got the feeling she's anything less than straightforward and professional. Considering that doing my job safely is based on my ability to legitimately spot shadiness, it pains me when I see folks jumping in there like gossipy grannies, based on - well...pretty much jackshit - for entertainment purposes.
