The procedure.
1) I generated all 13983816 6-49 lotto combosnations to a file andthen I shuffled (randomized) it. I uploaded both files to the members- only area of my site:

I haven't done the math, but it will probably take a few weeks to print all those tickets! Just did the math for 14,000,000. Looks like 162 days at 1 per second. Even if you only bought a 1/4 of the all the combinations it would still cost $7,000,000 and your chances would be 1 in 4 of winning. It would also be physically impossible to buy them all. Say you buy 20 $2 quickpicks on a ticket, that would be 350,000 tickets and say it takes 10 seconds for each ticket to print, thats 972 hours or 40 24 hour days to buy them all!!!!

Finally a mathematician POV that makes sense. Sure it is of little value or practical use to have such a spreadsheet, but what s the harm in asking/having all the outcomes. I agree that QPs are wasteful (in theory) as it mirrors the act of finding a needle in a hay-stack in which after each 'guess' the hay is tumbled; re-positioning the needle.
