NY strip rib eye, or flank steak for making fajitas.Excellent topic! What's your favorite cut?
Nice! I generally choose striploin due to the reasonable price and rib eye when I'm feeling fancy. Now here's the important part...Montreal steak spice?NY strip rib eye, or flank steak for making fajitas.
I prefer freshly ground pepper and garlic salt. Stay away from jarred garlic..Montreal steak spice?

I've never bought any of their steaks but they make some damn good sausages. If your any good at grilling I'd suggest you visit The Butcher Shop on Shorncliff south of Dundas in Etobicoke it's like a carnivores heaven.
Jarred garlic doesn't even taste like garlic. Only a mangacake would use jarred garlic!I prefer freshly ground pepper and garlic salt. Stay away from jarred garlic.
This!! There are a few jarred/packaged ingredients that make little to no difference compared to their fresh counterparts and I will use if I am lazy (parsley comes to mind), but jarred garlic is absolutely bloody nasty.Jarred garlic doesn't even taste like garlic. Only a mangacake would use jarred garlic!
Have you ever been to Zorro's on Torbram Rd.?Guga and I agree, La Castile sweeps the floor with Ruth's Chris.
I liked Zorro’s as well. It has been a while, but it was good. Rib-Eye is my favourite.Have you ever been to Zorro's on Torbram Rd.?
I think that they're very comparable. The Castle is more grandiose but Zorro's is more like a high class countryside hacienda. And the menus are virtually identical.
