No real preference, I'm early 50s and I see all ages from 18/19 to around my age.
Same way. Current regular rotation ranges from 20 to 43. The 20 year old started at 18, the 43 year old started around 30.
While every life is different, can someone explain this belief that older teens are trafficked?
Maybe it is different in Canada, which admirably makes education and day care much more affordable than the U.S., but 18-29 is an absolute prime time for a lady in the U.S. to need high rate per-hour work that doesn’t require a lot of hours.
The prototype high-end escort in the U.S. who is in her late teens or early twenties lives in a large high-cost city, goes to an expensive college and wants to travel on breaks with other girls who are often from rich families. That same prototype lady in her late twenties has graduated, lives in an expensive city, has student debt to pay off, and pursued her interests in school by studying some artsy or “helpful to others” major and needs cash to make ends meet. While better birth control has lessened the number of single moms, there are sex workers trying to manage a low-paying job with expensive daycare.
Although many older sex workers started young and continued with sex work part-time throughout their lives, I suppose there are a few that start when they are much older. It would seem to me that they are more likely to be doing this to support someone other than themself than a much younger lady is? I am confused as to why others see it differently. I know the media loves to portray a dirty old man pimp meeting a teen girl runaway at the bus station, but I think that is just on TV, not in real life.
