Just came back from Cebu and wanted to share what I found:
There are home/hotel service massage providers but this is the most expensive route. They will charge $75 for the massage and transportation, and the girl will ask for 20k pes9s (500 Cad) for full service for 2 hours, 2 shots. You can negotiate but the lowest she dropped for me was 10k pesos.
Bargirls. This is where i had no luck, at bamboozers bar, where the girls will party with you as long as you buy them lady drinks. However they did not let me barfine them out, but instead convinced me to stay till the bar closed on the off chance that they maybe would go home with me. Spent roughly 8000 pesos (200 Cad) on lady drinks but no one came with me at the end. Avoid bamboozers.
Facebook groups. I had good and bad luck here. One girl seemed very promising but vanished after getting her downpayment of 2k. The other girl was 3 hours late to our appointment but was realy good and only cost 2.5k for 2 hours full service.
