How much initiative?

Thanks everybody for the advice, I promise you I will follow most of your recommendations.

Now, I have almost 80 girls working off and on.
They will absolutely do what you ask (within reason) BUT they do not take the initiative, the client has to do that, for half of my clients that are shy and reserved is not good, I am always trying to train them with some success but for you guys in this forum, how do you feel? is a good thing to take the initiative rather than waiting for the girl that does not know how? I'm normally shy & reserved, by the same token since if I know the girls are there for my pleasure, I would not have as much hesitation taking the initiative, so long as I would not have to specify to them every step, as that would feel like coercion to me. If it was just a matter of saying okay lets go and have **** now that would be okay as long as they could proceed from that point.
I was with an SP from an agency the other day where I literally had to tell the girl each step what I wanted, even just to get started and remove her clothes. I've been following this thread with great interest. Alexis, if I may offer a suggestion: Why don't you have an experienced escort or sugarbaby personally train the ladies that work for you? I've gone the take a Canadian lady escort on a holiday with you route. The cost was $2,000.00 plus airfare hotel ect. I've gone the take a local senorita on vacation. The senorita will cost about $200-300 US per day. A decent hotel will cost approx $150-200 US per day, food $75-125 per day. Add on your airfare and that should give you a close approximation at to what a week's vacation with a Carribbean or Central American girl will cost you. You have a good hotel that accepts locals as guests, you have a choice of girls waiting for you, all of your meals and drinks are provided in addition to a car and driver. Of course you can travel and do the adult part yourself. However most resort hotels do not accept locals as guests, The local SP are quite aware of North American prices.
