I don't know that he's ready, but that video is amusing.
I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss Giambrone. It looks like he will be the standard-bearer for the left in this city, and the left in Toronto are very good at mobilizing their forces and getting municipal candidates elected.

Everytime I see this guy on TV it's either there's a TTC problem that cannot be solve and TTC requires damage control or he announces TTC fare hike. I believe he doesn't bring anything good on the table. I have not seen him deliver improvements on the TTC. Voters Beware!!!!If he runs our city like he runs the TTC then there will be lots of problems for Torontonians.

his current constituants will be happy to see him run, they will be finished with him, there is a concerted effort to get a "name" to run against him there
This guy is a joke. But hopefully he'll pull alot of votes from the progressive who would be supporting Smitherman. That way maybe the centre-right has a chance.
