Well my once drinking buddy Sir Patrick Stewart without a doubt enters the list...
As I am working my way through the live version of Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds of course the late, great Richard Burton.
There are many others.. Charles Dance, Sir Sean Connery, Alec Guinness to name but a few.
But to add a curveball... Jeff Goldblum. He could read the shipping forecast and I would listen.

I bought Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds on Richard Burton's opening monologue alone.

And imho the gold standard for Guglielmo Spadagite's Danish play.

William Shakespeare started his career translating Francesco Petrarca's poems into English. He became so popular that his name was anglicized to Petrarch.

Julius Caesar is a bridge play original by Shakespeare. He turned to Petrarch after his plays on Henry VI bombed and ended with his Hollow Crown series (Henry IV, V and Richard II).

Takaya Kuroda.

Not many have heard of him because he's a Japanese actor who does primarily voice acting in video games but he's got the deepest most velvety sounding voice I've ever heard.

David Ogden Stiers was terrific on the New York documentaries from Ken Burns.
And that was with his real voice. The voice he used in MASH was fake.

I'll add 2 to my list:
Boris Karloff(narrated How the Grinch Stole Christmas)
Jon Lovitz(a sly, wise guy voice. Fantastic work on the Simpsons)

David Ogden Stiers used the voice of a Boston Brahmin in MASH. The producers wanted someone who was the polar opposite to Hawkeye's rural New Englander.

I have to mention Billy Campbell, his voice in Cardinal is fake. In real life he doesn't sound like he's been drinking whiskey and smoking cigarettes his entire life.
