Uh-huh. But it takes 15 or 20 seconds to actually connect me to TERB and then I get an unformatted html page and have to click on one of the links thereon to actually make it onto the site.

I'm guessing the reason that TERB was down was because it was hit with a denial of service attack.

Apparently the jerk-offs at the blue drama board are claiming credit for it.

As an aside, I love the girl in your sig gif Whiteman. I have a bit of a thing for hot cosplaying girls.

Then the police should take the blue board at their word and accept their confession to a crime

Notice I said "apparently"? I think that was yet more cesspool lite stupidity.

So what is with the CAPTCHA? Is it going to go away once things are straightened out? Or is this the new norm?

They cannot read your browser's cookies, only cookies from terb. There is a protection mechanism against this on every browser. Otherwise everybody would have a way of getting sensitive info!!!
Don't worry about them tracking your actions on the site since the site itself records all this!

I really really hope this is not true.....I also get off and on: There was an issue communicating with your captcha provider. More information will be available soon. (nothing happens)
Also if I'm using the laptop and tablet I can't see the captcha its too small. If you click on the audio captcha it sounds like the exorcist at slow motion. LMAO I also hope this is not for long...

Cloudfare is a US based company. The founders were prior working with LE on Project Honeypot where the mandate was to fight bulk spam. Now, they provide website optimization services.
