what about the senseless killings in Sask and the other places with not too many black people. I know its old data but those other places had a much higher crime and murder rate than Toronto did from 2000 to 2004 data. MUCH. I hope you now realise this should NEVER be a racial issue. Only racists want to harp on and on about this as if race matters. The person's race isnt turning them into a killer.
