I can sometimes nitpick. But at the same time, I try very hard to be accurate in what I post. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Fair enough, you say you like to nitpick, it would have seemed like a perfect time when I got the name wrong. I'm just wondering why you didn't correct me. Like I said it seems like the only reason was to troll. I can admit when I'm wrong which is rare on this site. If you like trolling people that's fine, just admit it so we don't waste each others time. If I know your trolling I won't bother responding. If you want to debate that's fine. i would just like to know what your motives are.

I wouldn't call it trolling. I'm not posting provocative stuff with the intent of trying rile people up. Big Sleazy is a troll. I was admittedly teasing with you but I would have preferred if you just noticed your error and blushed a bit. But you just automatically jumped to the conclusion that I was referring to Strombo's performance and started debating on that. Sorry, but that is not my fault.

BTW, how did you know to correct your error in this thread?

I realized my error when I posted the link in the other thread, when I saw "Strombo". I did notice my error and admitted my mistake on this thread. I jumped to that conclusion because you didn't correct me. I thought you were telling me I was wrong as to why McLean was replaced not about the name, so yes it is your fault, you weren't clear as to what you were disputing.

So my crime was to not correct you. And if I do correct you, then I am a spelling/grammar or whatever Nazi.

I was quite adamant in my non-specific assertion that "your statement was wrong" and was even willing to make a bet. As such you should have wondered what I had up my sleeve, taken a hint and try to carefully re-read your post to find a possible error. Instead, you jumped to conclusions. Sort of like I did when I assumed you voted for someone other than Trudeau. I could say, why didn't you say right away that you voted for no one? (See, it's not hard to admit error.)

So you are saying that "it is my fault" that your post was flawed? It is my fault that you did not ask why I said so and was even willing to bet on it? And subsequently, it is my fault that because you didn't ask you jumped to conclusions. It sounds like, "she wouldn't have been raped if she hadn't dressed provocatively". (Not that I feel like a victim, just that somebody who made a mistake is trying to blame others for their errors).

Recap. I said your statement was incorrect. My assertion of an error in your post was undeniably correct, as you've admitted. Spin it any way you like after that.

Very insightful. I believe Thomas Sowell has writings on this subject as well. It should be noted that the two states with the highest level of income inequality - California and New York - are also the highest taxed states in the Union.

If you would have corrected me I wouldn't have called you anything. I admitted my error. You admitted you were teasing with me so your answer is disingenuous. It was my fault in posting the name wrong but you didn't specify what was incorrect, If you make a claim that a statement is wrong, you should provide a fact as to why. That's what you do in a debate. I think we've beaten this to death. We obviously disagree.

Your smugness, despite being greatly unwarranted, is showing How many mass shootings today in your land of milk and honey?
Your rampant mediocrity is boring....

Mission accomplished. The middle class is officially eviscerated. What do you think the bailouts of the Banks was all about in 2008-2009 ? And all the money printing that has taken place all over the World ? It was to steal the wealth of Nations and destroy the middle class. And that's exactly what has happened. You recall the public/privatization plan ? Take the assets that the public paid for and give it to the uber wealthy. Think of the 407 ETR or Ontario Hydro as an example. Do you see what's happening throughout the World with all of the protests taking place ? It's the people rising up against the Neo-Liberal Economic policies that have been inflicted upon the population by the Banking elite. And they're being pushed with Colour Revolution with the help of the CIA, MI6, Operation Gladio type help where the elite wish to continue the plunder.

Nobody "forced" you to call me a name and my feelings were not hurt.

Go ahead and make my day. Keep defending the humongous inequality between the super rich and the rest......bring on the death of capitalism.

Go ahead and block me. If bored you may not be alert enough to dodge those bullets.
I’ve never blocked anyone, don’t see any reason to start now.
