I wouldn't call what he's doing running the goalies and he certainly is not playing his style exclusively only for the Leaf goalies.
Hyman plays the same way when searching for goals in close. I wouldn't say Hyman is running any goalies either.

Gallagher is more of a bumper and harasser of goalies.

But he does not typically run goalies on rushes like Chris Kreisler used to do which is more dangerous.

Trying to stay in a Happy Place
As others have said Gallagher is a pest not a cheap shot artist. Just a guess on my part but most of the times he has made significant contact with a goalie might have been the result of being pushed into them.

I would be more concerned about Brady Tkachuk "accidentally" falling on Freddie's legs tonight.

he,s not wrong. nylander biggest flake on this team. soft as shite. like i said in an earlier thread, you can have him.
You can see this at least once, if not multiple times from him every game - Nylander picks up the puck from his D-man at the hash marks in his own end. Tries to skate alone through the entire other team. Either loses the puck, makes a bad pass to no one, or takes a wild shot from a bad angle and completely misses the net. Without slowing even a bit, he immediately gives up and goes on a long slow skate away from the puck/play to make a coasting b-line for his own bench to plunk his ass down and sulk. No one else on the bench says a word to him.

I'm with you bullitt. Not my kind of player at all.

The only thing I would disagree with is the zone entries aside, when he gets control of the puck in the offensive zone,
he dishes off some really nice passes.
Other than that, totally agree, he's like a man on an island.
He seems like a nice guy, somehow I don't see a connection with him and everyone else.

As a Sens fan that was just what the doctor ordered to finish the season.

Picking Marner's pocket in O.T. is just pure gold.

Sens even had a few guys up from the B Sens to see what they have for next year.

Watch out for Ottawa.....Bad owner and all. We're coming1

I've seen practically every game Brady has played and he's not what I would call as dirty as his brother.

He's got a real edge to him and brings that sand paper every game but doesn't go to far over the line.

Much to the chagrin of management he'll drop them as well when necessary.

He's only 21 and has a bright future in this league. Let's see if the Sens can keep him.

Didn't see the game, but how was the playing of FA31, playoff worthy of a start. I would go with JC36 to start and ride him all the way until we are desperate and then put in FA31.

I'd say that is an unfair evaluation...

Connor Brown looks fantastic. Much better than I thought he would be when he was traded from Toronto. Lead Ottawa in goals and only 1 behind Brady for the points lead.

It was all about the money for his father, I’m sure it’ll be for his kids too...

Connor Brown was good for Toronto, he didn’t get dealt cause he was shitty but because they had to fit other contracts in...

He wasn't shit but I didn't think he would be this good. He looks legit right now. Compare him to Kerfoot and Brown is so much better.
5 short handed goals this year is amazing which leads the league alone. Leafs as a team have 3 total.
At the time Brown was on par with Hyman so if they only could keep one they certainly made the right decision to keep Hyman.

Why was Connor Brown traded?

So that Ottawa would take Nikita Zaitsev.
Nikita Zaitsev, who was signed to a 7 year deal in Toronto, by Lou Lamoriello.
