The buds are looking really good as of late. The D is playing extremely well. AM34 continues to blow my mind - man this guy is money. Great win tonight.

Matthews has a .808 scoring percentage, if he played a full 82 game season that would be 66 goals, but given that Matthews will miss a few games due to injury, I estimate about 62 goals, no Leaf has scored 60+ goals.

You keep making things up and can’t back up your nonsense, no one will pay attention to you. Maybe only your amigos will.
Like I made up the fact you have "proof" of why Leafs lost in the playoffs? You're showing a bit of Dart in you.
Yes, that's how ludicrous it was. I'm not surprised you found it hard to believe. Leafs were in first place at the time to boot when someone wanted Dubas fired.

Cambell has 4 wins and no regulation losses in last 5 games with a .939 save percentage. He's playing like he did before the blip. He looks to have his mojo back. Leafs will go as far as the goaltending holds up in the playoffs. Every time the've had losing streaks it's been goaltending. First one was when Andersen played injured and played like a sieve with a below .900 save percentage.

Are you hearing some kind of voices in your head ? You must be a real scary person to be around in real life because when you hear anything negative, that voice would be telling you the world is all against you and you start to hallucinate. Anyone who doesn’t agree with you is Dart ? The only things proven beyond reasonable doubt here is YOU LIED and made things up to make a point.

The Leafs are not in a good position, they are playing to not get injured. Other North Division teams have nothing to lose by running them, I expect the remaining games to be chippy. After all it's Toronto, the city the rest of Canada loves to hate.

Something to note, the HHOF has played fast and loose with who gets in, in the past. Harold Ballard is in for setting a distinct legacy to the present day, his best and brightest pupil has been Richard Peddie - should he not also be in the HHOF? The Raptors buried the ghost of Peddie in 2019, but the Leafs may be nowhere close to doing that. The culture of futility is hard to break.

Larry Tanenbaum is a winner though, MLSE started turning around when Tim Lieweke headed up operations.

Heard something today about 8 Scotiabank Arena workers testing positive for Covid.

"Eight workers at Scotiabank Arena — home of the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs and usually the home of the NBA’s Toronto Raptors — have tested positive for COVID-19.

The outbreak, which was officially declared April 24 by Toronto Public Health, affected housekeeping and event workers on one shift, according to an emailed statement from Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, the parent company which owns the teams and arena.

A partial workplace closure of the arena ordered by Toronto Public Health is scheduled to end Wednesday.

“The organization is supporting employees required to self-isolate or impacted by this closure with paid leave provisions and continues to make use of mandatory on-site COVID-19 rapid testing to ensure the safety of employees involved in the ongoing operations at the venue,” said the MLSE statement.

No Maple Leaf players were in contact with the infected staff members, according to MLSE."

MLSE is a class organization, they give their employees paid leave.

Larry Tanenbaum hired Richard Peddie in the first place, by being indecisive he allowed The Teacher's to take majority control of MLSE...and now they sit on a pile of gold. Like Shakespeare said, "the bad lives long after them, the good is interred with their bones".

The Leafs need an attitude of meanness going into the playoffs. To start, they have to change their goal song. I like Hall and Oates but the song is too sweet.
