Ghana are without Michael Essien in the 2nd round. But the physicality will still be there for the Black Stars

Italy has a great advantage
Im not sure about the Brazil vs. Ghana
Italy's only advantage is skill, but they lack determination. Plus remember this Aussie squad has another key member, Guus Hiddink. Italians will dive like mad to get calls especially with the Roos' physical play

Netherlands managed to look dangerous on a few occasions, but Argentina contained them handily, and created much more.
But remember that was Holland's B-team out there.
When Robben returns to the lineup they will be much stronger.

I guess Brazil can play Argentina in the final...I remember hearing an Argentine player saying that it wasnt possible!
That cause Brazil won't make it that far :D

in 9 World Cups on European Soil, only 1 South American team has ever won a World Cup that was Brazil in 1958 when Sweden were the hosts.

Not neccesarily, Netherlands do not have toughness and that showed when they playeda Friendly vs Australia. They do not have a guy like Edgar Davids who sparked that determination and tenacity. This team is filled with a bunch of sissy's and that midfield is far too offensive and would leave too many gaps. The offensive talent is great but not consistant, the partnership of Kuyt and Ruud isn't working and should of been Makaay and Ruud all along. Still think they are overrated.

They're a talented team. Too bad with all the diving.

Those yellows were harsh on Lucic, and the referee smiling was creepy...that aside however, Germany is dominating.

and brutal miss by Larsson.
