Hey Waffler, you can read thou can’t you? There are statistics in those articles...

You really are an ass clown. You post 3 links.

1) An institution that wants your money. "Police Foundations". Most cops make fun any cops that take that program. (I have lots of friends that are cops)

2)An American article with American statistics.

3) An article that basically says "you need a grade 12 education, but some cops think it should be changed" basically that supporting the fact that most have just grade 12.

Great job nugget.

Hey Waffler, all articles say the majority of cops have more than a Grade 12 education...

If you want more I could paste a thousand more but you're getting defensive about being proved wrong and i don't want to hurt your feelings.

Stop this obsession with Mercs, a nice used C-class is less then 25K. Not at all expensive.
How things have changed, my fist car was a VW Beatle for $80. that I won in a poker game, soo long ago. However, my point is why allow a 16 year old inexperienced kid drive a high end car on their own. I can see driving while parents are with them.

He was granted bail yesterday. It was reported he made a comment about his brakes not working properly after the crash. I'd say it was more likely a steering issue. As in, he didn't turn the steering wheel far enough to avoid driving off the road and killing those 2 children.

They probably feel their child is safer in a newer car that is equipped with the latest safety features. The problem is they’re not concerned with just how much HP some of these newer vehicles have. Too much car for young drivers.

Yes I know worse things happen. What I find is a joke, that many of the same people recoiling in horror from this are the same morons defending the bombing of children in Gaza. Maybe we should allow uncensored photos of broken childrens bodies so they can see what horror they are defending.
You are truly a fool.

Because you do not recognize where the logic of your particular reasoning lead you.

Of course people care more about people next door than people across the other side of the world. You do. I do. Don't pretend its otherwise.

That is normal.

If my niece has her baby finger chopped off by a thug, I DO care more about that than someone, or 125 people being murdered in Uganda or Pakistan or Baton Rouge or Jane and Finch.

You are NOT wrong to care about Palestinians, or any other group.

What you are a TOTAL MORONIC TOOL about is injecting this other narrative into other local stories.

Do I have to spell it out for you?

Let's say a Richmond Hill 9 year old girl gets arrested for selling lemonade at the end of her driveway while not wearing a mask.

Of course, you could say, no big deal, Palestinian children are being killed by bombs etc.

But , AGAIN, what you are saying, is that if ANTHING that happens to somebody is not the WORST thing that has EVER happened to anybody, then ALL
OTHER INJUSTICES cannot be mentioned.

NO.

Want me to play your game?

Palestinian children, even those bombed and maimed, should be THANKFUL that they are not Jewish children of 7 years of age born in 1936 in Poland.

GET THE POINT??????

Don't denigrate sufferring, pain, injustice of some by saying that someone had it worse.

Start a new thread about it.

I saw it on the news. It's such a tragedy. I saw the photos of the car up on the grass. My thoughts were, "what have you done kid, what have you done." I can't imagine the heart ache the parents are experiencing right now.

There is no way that car had a brake problem. You can bet that the authorities will test every system on that car. Starting with the brakes. I guess that dumb kid doesn't know that master cylinders have 2 independent brake circuits. One hydraulic circuit for the front brakes and a completely separate hydraulic circuit for the rear brakes. The odds of losing both brake circuits are 0. Never mind the mechanical parking brakes as a back up. That car is relatively new car as well.

As we all know, the most that will happen to that kid is a slap on the wrist. Some coddling, some therapy, some other mumbo jumbo. He's not going to do any time, not ever.

The system should throw the book at this idiot rich kid. Make an example of him. Sentence him for a couple of years in jail and lifetime no driving. Anyone of you here would like to be at the end of his car just like that two innocent kids and family?

I think what he saying is, after the crash it was reported he tried to get away, so he saying he wasn't trying to get away. He couldn't stop due to a problem with his breaks after the crash. That's my guess.

Not sure what you mean by "he couldn't stop after the crash." By the looks of that car, I'd say it didn't go anywhere once it came to a stop.
